All full-time university faculty and staff have access to the sponsor portal. Whichever staff/faculty member was in charge of coordinating bringing a guest to campus should be responsible for getting their guest account setup. To give a guest access to the wi-fi, you will need their first and last name, email address, and phone number.
1. Go to the Guest Network Home Page for Guests and Sponsors (uchicago-guest.uchicago. edu)
2. Click "Faculty/Staff Sponsor Login." If you are not on campus you will need to connect via cVPN or Remote Desktop.
3. On the sponsor login page, enter your CNetID and password and click "Log In
4. Click "Create New Guest Account."
5. Complete the new guest account form.
