Directions:  Below you will find a series of videos that will help you answer some of the most frequently asked questions by students.  

Usernames and Passwords:

• Understanding all your usernames and password graphic organizer

• If you were looking to use the same password for CNET, Lab ID and Google, Information Systems recommends using your CNET password for all three.  

CNET credentials:

Google Drive:

You will be asked to change your password the first time you login into Google.  If you were looking to use the same password for CNET, Lab ID and Google, Information Systems recommends using your CNET password for all three.  If at any point you forget your password, please submit a ticket to [e-mail]
